A FN High Power from the West German Police Contract for North Rhine-Westphalia. Note the rack number on the right side of the tang and matching number on magazine baseplate. Based on information from Anthony Vanderlinden's book and the High Power Collectors Forum, the estimated year of manufacture is 1953.  While the action is exceptionally smooth with good fit and finish, note the tool marks from the inside of the slide where there is no need for extra finishing.
